Our Standard delivery for orders is only £2.95
Items will be sent by Royal Mail. If orders are received by 2pm (1.30pm on  Fridays) they will be dispatched on the same working day.
Jewellery will be dispatched within 2 days.
Standard post is normally 2 – 5 working days.
 If ordered after 2pm(1.30 pm on Fridays)   your order will be sent the next working day. Your purchase will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. Proof of postage is always obtained by us.

Non receipt of goods

Proof of postage is always retained by us. If you do not receive your goods please first check at the Royal Mail sorting office. If your item can not be traced the Royal Mail policy is to wait 15 working days after the date that delivery was expected.

Unavailable items

In the event of an item being withdrawn or unavailable you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund whichever is your choice.
