If returning a item please enclose your order id number along with your name and address and your reason for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us via e-mail and we will endeavor to resolve the situation with the minimum of inconvenience to yourself. Please note we are only able to refund 2nd class postage.
